As President/CEO of Bloom Mental Health Consulting, Miami native Sylvie Sterlin leverages over ten years of diverse expertise within the mental health sector. Her deep commitment to helping others has propelled her through roles as a mental health therapist, behavioral coach, and program manager in both clinical and non-profit settings. Sylvie developed and managed programs for organizations such as the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), where she spearheaded a variety of mental health initiatives, programs and partnerships with both mental health and substance use treatment centers and facilities, profoundly impacting those in need. With a Master of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, she masterfully combines clinical understanding with strategic leadership to innovate solutions for community mental health, which ultimately led to the formation of Bloom Mental Health Consulting. Here, Sylvie continues her work in partnering with organizations to create safe spaces of mental health support and education in different communities.
